TERMS OF SERVICE / REGULAMIN / УМОВИ НАДАННЯ ПОСЛУГ
This document is legally binding in English. Polish and Ukrainian versions are provided for informational purposes. In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.
§1. Seller Information (Dane Sprzedawcy / Інформація про продавця)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the online store operating at parladellamorale.com ("Store", "Website") and the purchase of goods offered therein.

§2. Definitions
- Consumer — a natural person entering into a contract for purposes not related to their professional or business activity.
- Order — a declaration of intent by the Customer to purchase goods, resulting in a sales contract.
- Goods / Products — physical clothing items and accessories offered in the Store.
- Cart — a functionality of the Store that allows the Customer to aggregate selected products prior to placing an Order.
- GDPR / RODO — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
§3. Technical Requirements
To use the Store, the Customer needs:
- A device (computer, smartphone, tablet) with access to the internet
- A current version of a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- An active email address for order confirmation
- JavaScript enabled in the browser
§4. Placing Orders (Składanie zamówień / Оформлення замовлень)
Orders are placed electronically via the Store's website. The order process is as follows:
- Select product(s) and add to cart
- Proceed to checkout and complete the order form (name, phone, delivery address)
- Select a delivery method and payment method
- Confirm the order by clicking "CONFIRM ORDER"
- Order confirmation is sent via the Seller's notification system
A sales contract is concluded at the moment the Customer confirms the order. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, in which case the Customer will be notified immediately and any payments refunded in full.
All prices on the Website are displayed in USD ($) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
§5. Payment Methods (Metody płatności / Способи оплати)
The Store accepts the following forms of payment:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
- BLIK (applicable for Polish customers)
- Przelewy24 — online bank transfer
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Nova Poshta cash-on-delivery (where applicable)
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering unless cash on delivery is selected. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
§6. Delivery (Dostawa / Доставка)
The Seller ships to Poland, Ukraine, and other EU countries. Delivery times are estimates only:

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, force majeure, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the Customer. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to goods passes to the Consumer upon receipt of the goods.
§7. Statutory Warranty — Defects (Rękojmia / Законна гарантія)
Poland (Rękojmia): Pursuant to Articles 556–576 of the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks Cywilny), the Seller is liable to Consumers for physical and legal defects in goods for a period of 2 years from delivery. The Consumer must notify the Seller of a defect within 1 year of its discovery.
Ukraine: Pursuant to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection», the Consumer is entitled to demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund for goods with defects discovered within the warranty period.

§8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Full details are provided in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
§9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including but not limited to logos, photographs, product descriptions, design elements, and source code — is the intellectual property of Parla della morale and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
§10. Dispute Resolution (Rozwiązywanie sporów / Вирішення спорів)
Poland: Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Consumers may also use:
- The Permanent Consumer Court of Arbitration (Stały Polubowny Sąd Konsumencki)
- Provincial Trade Inspection Authority (Inspekcja Handlowa)
- District consumer ombudsman (Miejski/Powiatowy Rzecznik Konsumentów)
- EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Ukraine: Disputes may be submitted to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Держпродспоживслужба) or to courts of general jurisdiction at the Consumer's place of residence.
For all other disputes, the competent court shall be determined by applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Consumer's country of residence.
§11. Amendments to Terms
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website. Orders placed prior to the change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of ordering. Customers will be informed of significant changes via a notice on the Website.
§12. Final Provisions
These Terms enter into force on 01 January 2026. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code (Kodeks Cywilny) and the Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta). For Ukrainian consumers, the mandatory provisions of Ukrainian consumer protection law take precedence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
